We left O'Cebreiro sometime before 7:30, which made for pleasant walking weather for the first few hours.
We passed this statue of a pilgrim on our way down the mountain.
Once again, pretty spectacular views.
We thought today's whole walk would be downhill, but there were several steep hills mixed in, including one on our way out of this town were Mark tried to ring the church's bell.
The view from up the steep hill back towards the town:
We stopped for some Spanish tortilla and then continued on our way.
There were kilometer markers along most of today's walk. They mostly just made me realize how slow walking is compared to any other way of getting around.
But we have less than 90 miles to go to Santiago!
We arrived in Triacastela and found an albergue to stay at. This one has just 6 beds per room. Much better than 70 beds in a room like last night.
We had dinner at a restaurant where tons of other pilgrims were eating and the food was great.

The views are amazing!
