Day 22

We started walking nice and early this morning hoping we wouldn't be in the sun as long.

A lot of the path was through a more wooded area today, which was really beautiful.

These yellow shells (though more sparsely placed than before) will lead us all the way to the ocean.

There were lots of little streams along the way.

Spotted some giants in the distance. I mean windmills. They are windmills.

I hung out with some cows, who politely reminded me to "eat more chicken."

Mark required an ice cream stop today in one of the very few and very small towns we passed through. They didn't have any chocolate though, so I had to pass on the ice cream.

Luckily the views were so pretty I wasn't even mad about the no chocolate thing.

Spain doesn't mess around when it comes to purple flowers.

Which I am more than ok with.

Mark seems ok with it too. Though slightly less enthusiastic maybe.

We finally arrived in Olveiroa after over 30 km of walking. For dinner we had lentils and pork. A satisfying end to the day.
